About Us
Who We Are & What We Do.
The Product Group, llc was founded by three individuals who shared a concept to create HVAC/R digital control technology that would protect and improve equipment performance and the ability of technicians using this technology to do their jobs efficiently.
Part of our business model was to build the products in America for a number of very good reasons:
- We believe that America needs to produce more… build more “good stuff” here . We believe that in building technology on OUR soil, we could produce high quality devices comparable to any other technology being created anywhere in the world. We wanted to oversee the actual fabrication of our devices to guarantee quality control.
We chose the HVAC/R world because we had a lot of personal experience in this industry and discovered unsolved opportunities for enhanced control device improvements. Users and consumers of products in this industry were given very limited choices….many not that good. We knew we could create superior technology by offering users/consumers superior choices, which helps everyone in the product chain do a better job.
That’s how our company motto, “Inventing Better… Globally” came about. We believe strongly that there is a better way, an innovative, improved yet energy efficient way to get things done through the use of creative technology. That’s what we do.
OK, But Who Are We… Really ?
As founding members, we drew on our experiences in the HVAC/R industry, the micro-chip manufacturing industry, the electronic consumer product-related industry, the general and HVAC/R contracting industry and the business environment in general (US & International) in order to form The Product Group, llc and make it work.
Philips Electronics, Mesa Energy Systems, NASA Ames, AES, Inc, and many others were all companies we at The Product Group, llc had worked for and we brought that work experience with us… molding it to work “better” in helping us achieve our goal of building “better technology”.
With an emphasis on product energy-use improvement and benign environmental impact, we know we have accomplished our “technology goals” of providing products that reduce the energy consumption of the equipment they’re controlling while reducing or eliminating any potential negative environmental impact of any equipment operations.
Now we have to make all of you believers. We at The Product Group, llc… An American Company, Creating American Technology, Making Products IN America… really are “Inventing Better….. Globally”. Our efforts through our technology help you do a better job for you and your customer.
